Gold rates in Pakistan saw slight movement today, mirroring shifts in the global bullion market. According to figures from major Sarafa and local gold markets, 24-karat gold is now priced at Rs 363,060 per tola. For smaller quantities, the rate stands at Rs 311,270.8 per 10 grams, or about Rs 31,127 per gram.
Silver prices also remained elevated, with 24-karat silver trading at Rs 4,150 per tola and Rs 355.8 per gram.
On the international stage, gold is currently valued at $3,376.50 per ounce, while silver trades at $38.06 per ounce. Analysts note that these high prices reflect ongoing global economic uncertainties, prompting investors to lean towards safe-haven assets like gold and silver.
